In practice of projects and their requirements for the completion of an overall project, internal and regulated procedures beforehand, as well as the resolution of decision criteria, in order to ensure the conditions for the successful planning are required.

In order to meet the basic criteria of an application for a license, for CDM-projects (emission reduction project) two PDDs (Project Design Documents) must be issued to apply to the CDM executive boards for a registration.

All countries using CDM-projects have to obtain permission from the Designated National Authority (DNA) of the neighbouring country.

In future CDM-projects can be expected to have great potential and attract considerable attention, as those investments prognosticate a worldwide competition and banks/investors evaluate the financing sector favourably.
